Tubist, Brian Kiser, commissioned these canonic duets (think Telemann) by composer Mike Forbes. Unlike Telemann, Forbes uses his own musical imagination, but the concept of one player following another player stays the same. These unique duets may be performed by euphoniums, bass tubas, or any combination of the two. Mike Forbes overdubbed these duets with himself on his album, "Forbes Plays Forbes."
