Telemann's beautiful "Fantasy" for unaccompanied flute bares many resemblances to the famous cello suites by J.S. Bach, however, since they were specifically written for a wind instrument, they provide more idiomatic musical paradigms for euphonium or trombone translation. This famous "A Minor Fantasy" is in the typical four-movement scheme: Slow-Fast-Slow-Fast, and while available here in G minor, there is another version for Bass Tuba in the original key of A Minor available as well.
