This unique Concerto Grosso in 5 movements by Vivaldi was beautifully arranged by J.S. Bach for the organ. Taking Bach's lead, Mike Forbes has then arranged it for tuba/euphonium quartet: specifically the Sotto Voce Quartet. While the work is definitely Vivaldi's language, once can definitely hear Bach's influence upon the material. This makes for an interesting virtuosic mash-up between these two Baroque icons.
